wheres the last 30 attributes, people keep telling me different places

There are two seperate things you have to do. Each consists of a series of 2 quests, and each rewards 15 attribute points. To start them, talk to NPC's in Destiny's Gorge or Droknar's forge. If you want more specifics, search is currently working, and there's plenty of information around.

By the time you get to the desert you shouldn't have to be told to talk to NPC's with exclamation points above their heads.
